🔵About Sugar  😃
  The common table sugar is called sucrose.The sucrose molecule consists of glucose and fructose. By hydrolysis it gives a mixture of glucose and fructose. The sucrose molecule consists of 12 carbon atoms, 22 hydrogen atoms and 11 oxygen atoms. The molecular is C12H22O11. If we rearrange the molecules it becomes just carbon and water.
The table auger is produced mainly from sugar-cane or from sugar-beet. Sugar is used to manufacture ethyl alcohol, citric acid, transparent soaps etc. The first production of sugar from sugar-cane took place in India. Brazil, India, European Union,China, Thailand, and United States were the major sugar-producing countries in the world
Sucrose melt and decomposes at 186 °C (367 °F). It have a mono clinic crystal structure.
